Will I need construction permits?

Our Consilo team will discuss this with you during our through site analysis. Before proceeding with any ground work Consilo ensures it has the appropriate approvals to proceed with the work.

How long will Construction take?

After the design phase is complete, Consilo ensures that a timeline, price and scope is confirmed before proceeding with work onsite. Construction and fitout could take anywhere from 8 weeks.

I already have my own plans, can I ask you to price?

Yes, The team at Consilo would love to review and estimate your architectural plans. If there is anything extra we need, to be able to provide you with accurate pricing, we will discuss this with you.

Are you licensed to work anywhere in Australia?

Yes, Consilo is licensed and has provided services all over Australia. Our Building license class is Open Builder.

Does Consilo have Safe Sites?

Consilo prioritises the safety of our employees and contractors. Consilo work with a national Work Safety team who ensure we are managing best practice methods for the safety of our employees and contractors who are working in our offices or on our sites.
