Technology One places a high priority on community, collaboration and teamwork. At the same time, they recognise and accommodate diversity and the different needs that exist within the organisation.
Their current office had an unwelcoming fluorescent-lit appearance, hardly conducive to encouraging employees to return to the office post-COVID. The new fit-out needed to more fully align with their desired branding and the innovative nature of the company.
To accommodate different working styles Consilo balanced open, relaxed areas with abundant natural light with quieter spaces incorporating subdued lighting dedicated to more focused tasks. This facilitates both large meeting spaces for open collaboration and smaller pods for breakout conversations that don’t disturb others. Advanced audio-visual technology is employed throughout complimented by a vibrant colour scheme and state-of-the-art furnishing.
In line with Technology One’s wellness programme, a dedicated fully equipped gym is housed within the workplace and an extended kitchen encourages socialising and informality.
