Refurbishing a heritage-listed building presents a specific set of challenges. Consilo engaged with multiple consultants and engineers to ensure the integrity of the build and to comply with exacting building code requirements. Existing vintage wallpaper was retained and restored as required and heritage casement windows and lead-light doors were brought back to their original condition. Extra height cabinetry and hanging pendant lighting accommodated the ceiling height creating an elegant and well-proportioned clinic that delivers the luxurious and opulent style requested by client.
