Typically, The Consilo Experience runs for 6 – 9 months from first call to handover of your new practice fitout. The first 4 steps of the process – all the way to crafting a 3D Design of your new office – is without charge.
Step 1
UNDERSTAND YOUR VISION
First, we’ll understand how you see your workspace operating after the fitout. This is your vision for your new office.
What does the design look like? How does it flow for your staff and your various teams? What budget did you spend? What is your timeline?
Step 2
DETAILED SITE ANALYSIS
We come to your office location and understand the layout, light and spaces.
Our Consilo 3D Scanning Technology scans your current office, so all rooms are measured to the millimetre. This ensures designs and estimates are extremely accurate, right from the start.
Step 3
BRING YOUR VISION TO LIFE
Now it gets exciting. Consilo design your fitout concept based on the agreed vision.
We’ll work closely with you to ensure the workspace designs will achieve your vision as well as your budget and timeline parameters.
Step 4
3D DESIGN & ESTIMATE PRESENTATION
It’s time to experience your newly designed workspace – in 3D!
We take you though every room using our Consilo 3D Viewing Technology so you can immerse yourself inside your new practice.
Budget and timeline estimates are also presented at this stage.
Step 5
THE CONSILO DESIGN PROCESS
Prior to this stage, there is no cost obligation. You’ll have a full design concept, in 3D, that aligns with your budget.
At this stage, Cosilo creates a Detailed Design Proposal. We assist in stakeholder communications. Plus we provide finance-ready documentation, costings and scope of works.
Step 6
PRE-FITOUT
Now we’re at the fun part – bringing your workspace to life.
We run a pre-fitout session where sales, design and operations ensure you have complete clarity over your project.
We’ll allocate a Consilo Project Director and key leadership contacts to your project. Plus, we’ll run through project timelines, key contacts, milestones, payment schedules and communication cadence.
Step 7
FITOUT CONSTRUCTION
Now we’re into construction. The Consilo Experience manages every step of your fitout.
Your Project Director provides:
– Regular progress updates: based on an agreed communication cadence
– Site Visits & Walkthroughs: Regular quality inspections and opportunities for feedback
– Changes & Variations: All changes are discussed, resolved and documented through Consilo’s Change Management Process
Project payments are made in agreed milestones that you approve.
The construction is as non-interruptive to your office space as possible, with noisy and disruptive work conducted out of hours.
Step 8
PROJECT HANDOVER
Our favourite stage.
We’ll lead a final walkthrough with you, to make sure everything is perfect and up to the high-quality standards we set.
Once everything is approved, we provide a formal handover package which includes warranties, manuals, a tailored cleaning kit and more.
